Hello, I’m Ari! I'm an artist that enjoys creating as much as possible. I love to paint, sculpt with polymer or paper clay, customize recycled vinyl dolls, aquascape, handmake custom charms/pins, and dabble in character design.Creating art on commission is my full time job. Terms of Service

✨ By commissioning me, you agree to my TOS. ✨.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.
★ You must be 18+ to commission me.★ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason that I do not have to disclose.★ Full payment upfront via Paypal invoice or Venmo.★ I absolutely do not accept any payment in the form of blockchain currency (i.e. bitcoin etc).★ Turnover time is typically 1-2 months. If you require a deadline, please notify me in advance.★ If your reference is grainy/shaded and I cannot correctly colorpick or discern markings, expect to be charged for corrections.★ I do not accept commissions guided solely on a written description (this excludes the case of a commission for an initial reference).★ If you do not have a reference for your character, I will charge for creating it from scratch.★ I retain all rights to my work — I can use it to advertise + post publicly (twitter, tumblr, facebook, etc) at my discretion. If you would rather I didn’t, please let me know beforehand. Alternatively, I don’t post every commission.★ Commercial rights are usually priced at 3x the initial price of the commission.★ I do not approve my work being uploaded to opensea, or any other platform intended to market non-fungible tokens (NFTs).★ I do not consent to my art being used to contribute to AI learning in any capacity..・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.

.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.WIPs and a Note On Extra Charges:- I will send WIPs as I work on stages of your commission (sketch, lines, color, render, as applicable).- If your commission is $25 or under, I will NOT provide WIPS or do edits.- Edits requested on previous stages before moving on will NOT be made.- The first 3 edits are free, after that each edit will be a $5 charge. This does NOT apply to mistakes I missed on your reference (i.e. markings). The only exception to this is for reference sheet commissions, or otherwise commissions that require quite a bit of back and forth (i.e custom designs).- Extra charges pertain to characters that are visually busy (which is up to my discretion), props, or drawn backgrounds.- I do not give discounts for more than one character in a piece..・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.

If you ask for a refund, this is the guide I will use depending on how far along I was at the time of request. Percentage is of monetary amount agreed upon listed in the invoice. (You will NOT receive the files.)Pre-sketch - 100%

Credit and Usage:
Using “@cozygh0st” as a tag for me works on Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and Toyhou.se. Other websites, please use “@cozygh0st on twitter”.- I prefer you retweet/share the initial post from me after I finish your commission. Feel free to post it with credit any time afterwards. Please do not quote retweet any of my posts.- Credit MUST accompany the reposting of finished pieces. That includes using as profile pictures, timeline photos, or otherwise.- Do not repost art that isn’t yours.- My art is never allowed to be used commercially unless I give express permission to do so.
